FOR BEST RESULTS: Reverse flush the cartridge under the flow of constant water for 3-5 minutes, every 60 days. The cleansing agents inside the filter need to be flushed regularly for optimum performance.
DOES NOT REDUCE TDS: Our water filters only reduce the effects of hard water, chlorine and other impurities. TDS or total dissolved solids cannot be removed by our water filters.

    Definitely work but don’t work long enough
    I have been using these folders for more than 5 years now and over the years the quality seems to be come down as they do soften the water in the first month but after that start to notice a reduction on quality of water.When I started using these back in 2017 they used to last for good 3 months + . So my verdict is product still works but it just does not work as long as used to.

    Changing the replacement cartridge is not so easy!
    Replacement cartridge for Hardwater, removes Chlorine and neutralises makes a difference while using Shampoo or similar soaps, easy on Hair, However, changing the cartridge needs some technique as the outside of the shower head is smooth and to remove the outer cover I had to use a hot water kettle to losses up and then the cartridge o rings also needs some prying, so I decided to lubricate lightly with white Auto lube, on the thread and the O ring to ensure next time it’s easier to replace the cartridge! The manufacturer needs to modify to make changing easier.
