It us a nice item and I am really satisfied with the units and even will recommend others to go for this.

Defective items
It’s been two months and I purchased it too early before completion of renovation. We realized immediately contacted Amazon customer care that the item is defective because there is no much waterflow in the tap. However, there is enough pressure at the pipeline. On further investigation we noticed that the tap has a thin pipe line doesn’t allow the proper water flow. The CSR must understand the customer is not calling to appreciate the service but complain. They need to train how to speak politely and understand the customer issue to escalate the issue to the higher management to find a solution rather making the customers unhappy. If the customer is returning the item back after the return window closed because they changed their mind is not acceptable to return. If the product is defective Amazon must take it back even after the return window is closed. The CSR and the team lead responded that Amazon will continue to sell the products even if it is defective within few days of sales and will not accept to return it back to Amazon. How would you expect customer to bear the loss on defective items. How would you solve the issue on selling an defective items that is not returnable. will you continue to sell the products?

Material of the tap is not good.Internal connection pipes are narrow, pressure is too low for normal usage as well. Not at all value for money. Not recommended to buy.
