I received the used product and the mobile not in good condition, when i connect to support team asking for 1 week for investigation. Who responsibility to perform pre checks before delivering product to customers. Now what should I do I need mobile should I wait till you team to completeinvestigation and daily I need to follow up with your team even though I paid money. Please do perform pre and quality checks before delivering any product to customers. Please complete this investigation as soon as possible I need refund so I can buy other mobile

Broken the screen glass within 4 months of buying
Never buy this phone as it’s not a value for money. I bought one from a shop in Kottayam, Kerala. It once fell down from my hand and hit softly on the ground from a height of about 2 ft and the so called guerilla screen glass that they proudly advertise as crack proof got cracked across the length and breadth of the screen. And the Samsung service centre guy at the Kottayam service centre says they will replace the screen only on payment of â¹7000 and that there’s no warranty or guarantee on the product. Instead of Samsung brand go for Redme or Vivo phones which are less expensive, more durable and are with equally better features. I had used my Vivo 7 for nearly 10 yrs and it fell down nearly 30 times but never broke the screen.Quality of samsung phones is not good.
