Disappointing Experience with Used Product and Unresponsive SupportI’m extremely dissatisfied with my recent purchase. Despite being sold as a fresh product, the item delivered was already used. To make matters worse, the support experience has been subpar.I filed a warranty claim two months ago, but the issue remains unresolved. When I registered a complaint on December 27th, I was asked to wait until January 1st for a resolution. This delay is unacceptable, especially considering that the return or replacement process could have been initiated on the same day.The support team’s responsiveness has been poor, with multiple attempts required to get in touch with them. Even then, I’ve been left on hold, subjected to irritating music, while they allegedly address internal system issues and buffering problems with their tools.Overall, I’m disappointed in the company’s quality control, warranty process, and customer support. I hope they take steps to improve their services and prevent similar experiences for future customers.
