Used product. Performance lagging.
Used laptop is sent by seller. Now a days, Its a very common issue. Only 1 month warranty is left for the product, and that too its already renewed 2 times. Also performance is lagging.And on top of that applying for laptop return in amazon is like endless loop.

I bought it off an offline store, the laptop started to turn off automatically on it’s on multiple times. I contacted support and got it repaired. The problem got solved now. It’s a good deal given thay we get 144hz display with lifetime MSO. Good recommendation for students who’re interested in light gaming and coding…

Too much Screen bleeding and Freezes Worst Service
I purchased this Laptop on 19th June it has the Screen bleeding and very laggy as well as system Freezes.I reported this problem on the same day 19th june. Since then nobody is listening at all.Worst Hp and Amazon customer service.I am asking for Replacement they are not doing it neither they are ready to give the Refund.Really worst service by HP and AmazonHP doesn’t sell laptop they sell Piece of Junk and do Fraud with us.

Defective/ Refurbished Product Given in the name of New
In this it is clearly visible that keyboard backlight is on that means laptop is on but display doesnot working. It is clearly seen that u have deliberately send refurbished item instead of new one I don’t want any thing now from amazon in electronic Category as the chain of trust is not maintained. I Have purchased this by taking Loan and received refurbished product that too in non working condition.
