Well made
Well made product, no sharp edges and looks and feels solid. The steel used is of very good quality, does not bend or twist too much. The markings are good and the outer casing is strong with rubber grips. This one would stand its ground against other popular and more expensive brands. This is my second purchase and the previous one has lasted a few years and still going strong. Well worth the money.

Quality Tape; Reasonably Priced
The best feature imo is that the tape holds in place once you pull out a certain length. easily wraps around an object making it easy to measure cicumferences along with linear distances. Length accuracy is decent, the material used is of good quality. Highly recommended!

It has a good heft and a strong built. It auto-locks when you pull it out and retracts back smoothly when you press the button.The riveted metal tip is a bit loose. And this being my first tape, I thought it’s a manufacturing defect. But when I saw a YouTube video, I came to know that it’s done intentionally for maintaining the accuracy.TIP: When retracting the tape, do not let the tip slam all the way till the end because eventually, the tip might wear out at the rivets and tear apart.

Tape hold feature stopped working
The tape has a button for release and rewind back to original (by default the tape stays at the pulled position). This button started malfunctioning in a few weeks, with the result that the tape rewinds back even without pressing the button.The unit itself is well built, but the button mechanism is flimsy.
