Over-heating,
This is the first review I am writing on Amazon. I’ve bought this laptop in August, and since the day one I am facing over heating issue. I have called dell customer care several times, they have updated bios and all the drivers but issue remains same. When I called them again they hang up the phone in the middle of conversation. This is the worst product of dell till now and their customer service is pathetic.
