WhatsApp Introduces “Chat with Us” Feature for Direct Support

Upon initiating the chat, users will be prompted to share details regarding their reason for contacting support. While the initial responses may still be automated or AI-generated, users can easily request assistance from a human representative if needed. According to the WaBetaInfo report, “Users will receive a message from WhatsApp asking for details about why they decided to contact the support team.” This ensures that users’ concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
