Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy M16 5G and Galaxy M06 5G smartphones in India, and they’re already making waves! The Galaxy M16 boasts a stunning 6.7-inch FHD+ 90Hz Super AMOLED display, while the M06 features a 6.7-inch HD+ LCD display—both with a stylish notch design.
Under the hood, both devices are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC. The Galaxy M16 offers configurations of up to 8GB of RAM, while the M06 maxes out at 6GB. Camera enthusiasts will appreciate the M16’s 50MP main camera, complemented by a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro lens, along with a 13MP front-facing camera. The M06 features a 50MP rear camera paired with a 2MP depth sensor and an 8MP front camera.
In terms of software support, the M16 5G promises 6 OS updates and 6 years of security patches, while the M06 5G will receive 4 OS upgrades and 4 years of security updates. Both phones come equipped with a robust 5000mAh battery and support 25W fast charging.
Security is a priority with Samsung’s Knox Vault system, and the Voice Focus feature ensures clear calls by minimizing background noise.
