New Delhi: In a concerning turn of events, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar was admitted to AIIMS early Sunday morning after experiencing complaints of uneasiness and chest pain. Prime Minister Narendra Modi took the time to visit the Vice President at the hospital, expressing his wishes for a speedy recovery.

Health Minister’s Visit
Union Health Minister and BJP chief JP Nadda also made a visit to AIIMS to check on Dhankhar’s condition. The Vice President was admitted to the Critical Care Unit (CCU) around 2 am and is currently under the supervision of Dr. Rajiv Narang, the Head of Cardiology at AIIMS.
