Over 6,000 MCC Violation Complaints in Delhi
As the Delhi Assembly elections approach, Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) R Alice Vaz has reported a staggering 6,000 complaints concerning Model Code of Conduct (MCC) violations over the last 25 days. This indicates a proactive stance by the authorities to maintain electoral integrity.

Vaz highlighted the efficiency of the online system for campaign permissions, ensuring that there is no room for interference. Citizens can utilize the cVIGIL app to report violations with photographic or video evidence. “When the MCC came into force, we engaged all political parties to ensure fairness in the electoral process,” she stated.
