Low Sound in Laptop
Laptop is good but did not suit the purpose fir which I ordered. This was for my sons online class and the sound was very low. He could not hear the teacher and teacher could not hear him. On seraching online We could see the issue with all Lenovo laptops. We returned the laptop and bought an hp laptop of same configuration

A great starter/Everyday laptop for people on a tight budget
I recently bought this laptop for my fiance who is currently a student at a university as it’s specs perfectly match with her needs to use the laptop for her course work and for everyday other stuff.In my opinion, this laptop is very appealing looks wise and is quiet a sturdy one. It also has quiet a few ports which is definitely a great thing, and lastly it is a perfectly fit for someone who is on a tight budget.On the flip side, I would say that running heavier applications is not something that can be done on this given that the memory is only 4GB. Also, you cannot work with multiple windows and applications open at the same time and your system might slow down or even hang at times. Other than that, there hasn’t been any problems with the laptop that I have faced.My advice would be you should definitely give it a try and see if it fits well with all you needs and your work, and if you are working with heavier applications or need to toggle between multiple applications and windows you can always upgrade the memory of the laptop at a later time.
