Awsome Budget Laptop
The laptop is super fast with NVME SSD & AMD ryzen 5 processor (6 cores). You can upgrade RAM to 16GB for better performance. You can also add a sata SSD to dd more storage. It does not come with MS office. You can buy it cheaply on digiworld.com.It is also pretty decent for gaming since it has AMD radeon graphics. The screen is TN and is average (not IPS). It boots up in 15 secs and all the applications open up fast.The fan is very quiet and no heating issues. The laptop is also very light weight.I am a FAN of LENOVO laptops since last 10 years. They keep running fine without any issues.

A Disastrous Purchase: Lenovo Laptop Nightmare
I am utterly dismayed and deeply regretful of my recent purchase of a Lenovo laptop. From the day it arrived, it has been nothing short of a nightmare. The laptop’s issues are so severe that it renders it utterly useless.Upon starting the laptop, it takes an eternity to boot up, leaving me waiting in sheer frustration. And as if that wasn’t enough, after a mere five minutes of operation, it shuts down abruptly, causing me immense distress.Seeking a resolution, I promptly contacted the seller for assistance. They carelessly asked me to wait for three days for a Lenovo technician to check the laptop. I complied, hoping for a glimmer of hope. However, my hopes were crushed when no technician arrived, and my complaint was nonchalantly closed by the seller without any explanation.Desperate to salvage my purchase, I reached out to the seller again, but to no avail. Their silence and apathy have left me feeling abandoned and deceived as a customer.My hard-earned money has been squandered on this defective piece of technology, which is nothing more than an expensive paperweight.This harrowing experience has shattered my confidence in Lenovo’s products and customer service. I urge all potential buyers to steer clear of this brand to avoid a similar fate.In conclusion, my disappointment with this purchase cannot be overstated. Refurbished goods sent as new
We received this laptop on 24 Jun 23. within two weeks the battery stopped working. When we checked the warranty, it showed that the warranty was activated 9 months ago. Obviously, we had been sent refurbished laptop instead of a new one. To top it all, there is no recourse to getting it replaced as Amazon wants a written document from Lenovo Service centre saying that the warranty was activated 9 months ago. Lenovo Service Centre is refusing to give any such letter. Amazon is refusing to take any action. This is a total rip off

This deal is clearly cheating
Though The device has pre loaded MS Windows, it does not have MS Office, no Word, no Excel or PPT. When one looks at the specs, he notices that Windows is there, hence he assumes Word Excel and PPT to b there. But these basic softwares are not on the device. PURE CHEATING !!
