Sriram, a left-arm spin bowling all-rounder, is not new to the coaching scene. He has previously served as the assistant coach for the Australian national team from 2016 to 2022 and has provided consultancy for the Bangladesh T20 squad during the Asia Cup and T20 World Cup. His extensive background also includes working with IPL teams like Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) and Lucknow Super Giants.
