New Delhi, Feb 23 (PTI) – For the financial year 2023-24, the US Agency for International Development (USAID) has committed a total of $97 million (approximately ₹825 crore) to fund seven key projects in India. This funding comes at a time when USAID’s role in Indian elections has sparked significant political debate.

According to the latest annual report from the Finance Ministry, USAID is currently implementing seven projects with a total budget of approximately $750 million in partnership with the Government of India.
