On a Sunday afternoon, Vansh visited his classmates Akshita and Vanshika in Pragati Nagar to retrieve a charger. Kuldeep, the assailant, arrived shortly after in his car and claimed that Vansh’s motorcycle was blocking his way. An argument ensued, escalating when Kuldeep became aggressive towards the women intervening in the dispute.

In a fit of rage, Kuldeep retrieved a pistol from his car and shot Vansh multiple times—twice in the stomach and once in the chest, mouth, and back. Despite being rushed to a nearby hospital, Vansh was declared dead upon arrival.
