Phone Design is awesome , Phone size, Battery, Camera is crystal clear & charp
Samsung is always my best brand due to the genuine product I always choose Samsung as my Brand I also bought 2 new Monitor screen of Samsung 32 & 27 inches and I also bought Fridge of Samsung Brand. I also used to have Samsung Galaxy J7, Samsung Galaxy M30. Samsung Galaxy M32, Samsung Galaxy A12 and finally Samsung Galaxy A13. I had recently lost my Samsung Galaxy A12 and One day I borrowed my Mom Samsung Galaxy A13 and Camera was too crystal clear and real that I also decided to buy Samsung Galaxy A13 it is awesome. Compare the price with other phone and see the outcome and result , design of the product i bet you will choose Samsung. And thank you Amazon for displaying Samsung A13 and I always choose Amazon for the platform to place order coz the delivery is much faster and quicker more over they have a very good customer service as well.

A good phone worth the money spent
I went to the local store and checked out the Samsung phones (been avoiding Chinese stuff after Galwan). This model looked the best value for money. I then checked it on Amazon and it was available for Rs 1K less than the store (and I would get another 5% through Amazon Pay ICICI Card). Purchased two of these phones, and they were delivered without any hassles or problems.Each phone was a gift for my mother and mother-in-law. Though they are not very tech-savvy, they are comfortable with the phone and have been using it for a few months without any issues. Battery lasts for two days with moderate use, and a full day with heavy use. Charging takes about 90 minutes.

Weak network, poor performance and slow resposniveness
Please don’t go for this product.1. The phone takes time to connect to the wifi network and the internet calls lack clarity(other phones work properly in the same wifi network).2. The normal calls take more time to get connected (not a network problem, it seamlessly works with other phones).3. The speaker is defective. It crackles when the sound is increased.4. Finally this product doesn’t have an option of RETURN. Now I have to go through the service center and deal with them.Please don’t buy this.

Slightly better from the old models.
Good battery life and very nice of fingerprint stile.But I condemn one thing that for the accessibility and TalkBack. There were no more voice assistance and also the talkback was cracked and crazy . Maybe the dibocking of talkback was not b fix.Please put the voice assistant for the betterment of the visually impaired users.
