Was scared to buy first , it was for my mom but she is using past 1 yr now and its working awsome , good camera, internet network, doesnt hang, very smooth to access screen, big screen so she watch n read better. No battery complaint no other complaint.. best product ..Thankyou Nokia family

Worst phone ever shopped online not even available for exchange
For me 0 star. I purchased nokia C31 on exchange of Motorola 31g on March 8 now it’s April 27. The software issue started. My phone getting switched off even though it’s plugged to charge is was not turning on. When i showed phone to local shop they said soft ware is not working properly better you purchase the new phone.And this phone is not there exchange offer also. Full waste of my moneyAmazon should state that this phone is not for exchange in online portal. Keeping customer blind is also offensive
