So far so good
It’s second day and it looks very satisfying. I had OnePlus 10T that I exchanged for OnePlus 11 at around 30K. You can do it through OnePlus site also with slightly better deal but mobile would come after a week by Blu Dart slow system.All good so far. I was apprehensive as I had OnePlus 10T only over a year but then took a call for OnePlus 11 as I found my 7T was better than 10T, which itself is good but not the top notch.So far so good. I was not sure that I would get delivery on same day as the item didn’t move in the tracking and called customer care. The Amazon customer care is just amazing. Not only I got the item but delivery person delivered it at 10.35 night.I hv been an Amazon loyalist for their sheer professionalism that is not even 25% in Indian e commerce or online shopping.Adding after 2 months that OnePlus 11 is working exceptionally well. Smooth interface, fast speed, decent camera and satisfying battery life that easily last a day. Very nice curvy feel that makes navigation super cool. Though it’s 204 g but feel not too heavy in hand and is better than my previous 10T. Brightness is too good but contrast and sharpness could have been better with increased brightness. I liked it more than 10T for sure.

PROS… What I likes the most∆ Back camera is great∆ SD Gen 2 is really powerful but gpu is not using more than 20% not sure why not using fully.. However gaming exp is great..∆ Quick charging within 30 mins and SOT is around 5-6 hrs..∆ Beautiful vivid display and design is awesome.∆ Call quality and Audio is perfectCons 🙁 What I didn’t liked🥺 front camera is very ordinary not like flagship.. should have 4k and group selfie is not good… But portrait selfie good☹️GPU performance is not optimised fully…. heating Issues some time🥺Not have IP 68☹️Minor bugs in software.. had issues with Screen refresh rate which falls only to 60 but after restarting solved..Home screen not shows icons sometimesFinally words..🙌 Nice came back from OP.. you can go for it…Hopefully they solves the issue in OTA…..Or spend more to choose IP..

I have been misleaded and misguided by the customer care executive not by one but by 2-3 different executives ,let me explain you the matter in detailsOn 18th june 2023, I placed an order for ONE PLUS 11 5G worth RS 56999with a exchange value of RS 14600 on recieving the phone on 19th june 2023 I found that the phone had a major manufacturing defect i.e the volume buttons were not working they were stucked so I immediately called amazon with photos attached and on verification they confirmed me a replacement after few days I found the product is not getting replaced it was getting pick up and i was getting an refund , on this information I called amazon again and they confirmed an refund of RS 56999 on that confirmation over call, . I told them to proceed. I again called them yesterday i.e on 26th june 2023 to get confirmation again which I recorded for the purpose of proof That i am getting a Refund of Rs 56999 on 3rd confirmation I handed over my phone safely to the pick up agent and now i am not getting a full refund .I just want to ask you sir if the Phone has manufacturing defect is it my fault??Secondly, when I ordered for a replacement why refund?and third and the most important what should i do now? i am completely in a terrible situationSir this is really very unprofessional and unethical behaviour from amazon even though I have fulfilled all the prerequisites Sir I just want to request you please provide me the same phone with the same amount or else a GIft card so that I can claim my amount on the amazon app itself and get a new smartphonebecause there is no doubt that i have made a exchange so i should get the exchange bonus on ordering the same phone again .Suvankar Roy
