Slow performance â¦poor service by samsung
I bought this phone 2-3 days ago. From the day one it was slow even after the refresh rate was set to high. Since there is No-return policy I selected for technician and he also confirmed after checking that the phone is slow probably due to OS issue. Amazon told me to contact Samsung customer care. On contacting they asked me to visit their service centre. I canât do this hustle after spending such amount and that too from day one. Why canât they simply replace or return the product. Very poor service. Iâm not buying samsung phone ever.

Great phone for everyday use. Not recommended for power users who focus on performance (multi-app actively running on RAM) unlike running regular multiple apps.If you have actively running apps like vpn, antivirus, automated tasks, automated cleaning, and automated syncing services – all of which actively run 24*7 on the RAM, you’ll face lags and power drains throughout the day.Still even with these running, one has to only charge about one of twice a day – so comparatively great battry backup.Camera not so good. Great for updates and patches (timely manner). Smooth UI comparatively.
