It’s a pretty decent and fast laptop if you’re looking for a good option
The vivobook is fast and extremely smooth, the display, the feel of the keypad and everything is good.The metal casing on the top gives it a clean matte finish, but the company should’ve added the same metal casing under the laptop aswell, it would’ve been better if they added a metal casing on the bottom.The bottom is made out of good plastic but it would’ve been a much safer and better option for the metal one. I’ve used this laptop for around 2 months now, the experience is still great. The speakers could’ve been a little more louder and it would’ve been a bliss and the camera quality too.Overall, I personally think this is a good budget laptop giving you a i7 H series processor for a decent price.I would’ve given it 5 stars if the metal casing and better loud speakers were there so.

Disappointing Performance and Build Quality – Avoid This Laptop
I recently purchased the ASUS Vivobook laptop, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Hereâs a breakdown of the issues I encountered: 1. Underwhelming Performance: Despite being equipped with an i7-12700H processor, this laptopâs performance is surprisingly slow. This indicates poor optimization or throttling issues. The cinebench score is only 478, which is half of expected 900+ 2. Cheap Build Quality: The laptop has a plastic build, which feels flimsy and low-quality. 3. Poor Design: About 60% of the motherboard components are exposed through the back case, posing a high risk of water damage and reducing durability. 4. Excessive Heating: The laptop heats up excessively, making it uncomfortable to use on your lap for extended periods. 5. Terrible Display: The display quality is one of the worst Iâve seen, with only 8-bit color support. Viewing angles are terrible, and anyone sitting next to you will find the screen unbearable to watch. 6. No Return or Replacement Policy: The product does not come with any return or replacement option, leaving you to rely on service center repairs, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming. 7. Unreliable Seller: The seller, Clicktech Retail Pvt Ltd, is unresponsive and offers no support for refunds or resolutions.Overall, this laptop has been a huge disappointment. The performance, build quality, and customer support fail to meet even basic expectations.

The product delivered late after 12 days. Even the logo behing the laptop is different and not the one shown in picture. Ref pic attached. The screen and keyboard connecting the laptop is of cheap quality. I avoided returning as my kid needed urgently and delivery was late.

Got this for 52k with card offer during the sale first impression is that it’s good well above average and best suited for working professionals, they could’ve reduced the size and made it lighter. Display is good nothing great, multitasking is amazing. The processor is too good but then graphics card is meh!!

Don’t buy this laptop & amazon service is worst
First of all display quality is worst, it is intel core i7 12 gen 700H processor but it run slow, back of the laptop is made up of plastic and it is rough, don’t be fool like me who think the laptop logo is same as they mentioned in website(like metal embedded logo of Asus),I raise my issue regarding this 1day after amazon delivery but they don’t provide any solution they send technician but he don’t came and after few hour they mentioned laptop inspection service TS completed ,shame on amazon serviceI call multiple time but they response me “don’t worry sir your product got refunded within three days”instead of solving the problem they fool me now they say go to service Centre and show your problem after that your product get replaced but you don’t get refund for this product.At last i will say purchase laptop from offline store don’t purchase from amazon.
